Drunk in Loaf

A workshop exploring the relationship between bread and alcohol.
In this two hour long session, you will learn a basic sourdough recipe, using starter that has been made from either wine or beer, make a dough to bake at home, make your very own sourdough starter and learn all about fermentation in bread, wine and beer making! Suitable for ages 18 and over, class sizes of 10 - 14 people. Doughy snacks will be provided (please let us know if you have any dietary requirements). Focus: The relationship between bread and booze!
We will cover:
Ingredients, proportions, stretching, folding, proofing, shaping & baking in breadmaking. The beer/wine making process and how yeasts for bread, wine and beer making are related to each other.  
Refund/Exchange policy: We are happy to offer refunds and exchanges up to 14 days before the class. After 14 days, we can only offer an exchange if cancelled 48 hours before the class. No refunds or exchanges will be granted if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the start time (or in the case of a no-show).
